I liked the photo of the purple flower. It's a hyacinth. Your great grandma Mimi liked to "force" these early spring bulbs for a beautiful potted plant in February. I was the lucky recipient a couple of times so they are a special treat for me when I see them. I tried to post a comment on Flickr but it and I can't agree on my account name and password. Oh, well.
